Remembrance Sunday at Christ Church
Join us this Remembrance Sunday as we honour those who made the ultimate sacrifice. This year's services will take place on 9th November at 9:30 AM followed by the Remembrance ceremony at 10:30 at Christ Church.
What is Remembrance Day?
Observed every year on 11th November, Remembrance Day honours the brave members of the armed forces who have given their lives in service. The red poppy, worn since the First World War, symbolises their sacrifice and serves as a reminder of the freedoms they protected for us all.
You can pick up your poppy and make a donation online in direcly in the Scottish Poppy Appeal here https://secure.poppyscotland.org.uk/the-saint-andrews-society-of-mexico, The Duke Pub (Calle Lisboa 15, Col. Juárez) or Christ Church (Monte Escandínavos 405, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec). The suggested minimum donation is 50 pesos per poppy, but we encourage you to give generously.
